Useful prompts are specific. “Is the model OK?” is not analysis.
Type and parameter QA. List every IfcDoor missing a fire-rating property. Which curtain-wall panels are non-standard width? Which rooms have names that do not match the schedule? Parameter completeness is a handover problem as much as a design problem.
Spatial and clearance queries. Corridor widths, door swings, headroom, accessible routes. The geometric engine measures; the language layer explains. You still confirm against the code edition that applies to the site.
